30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If Roui does not work for your dog, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

 

How to Request a Refund Email us at support@getroui.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days and process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

 

Return Shipping You do not need to return the product to receive a refund. We trust our customers.

 

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.

 

Exceptions Refunds are not available for orders where the 30-day window has passed. If you are outside the window, please contact us anyway and we will do our best to help.
