Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

 

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

 

Customs and Import Duties For international orders outside Canada, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. Contact us at support@getroui.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue within 5 business days.

 

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@getroui.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
